The Unexpected Al Marjan Island Hotel and Residences for the instance is a luxury development featuring over 422 hotel rooms and managed residential units with uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf, brough to the region $280mln of investment. Located on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, just a minute away from the future Wynn Island ( gaming island ) this project, in partnership with Palladium Hotel Group, is set to become a premier destination. The project was officially inaugurated with a signing ceremony at Al Marjan Island on April 16, 2024, attended by key figures including Marjan's CEO Arch Abdulla Al Abdouli and Palladium's CEO Jesus Sobrino. The grand launch occurred on May 16, 2024, drawing brokers and investors from the UAE and internationally. Scheduled for completion in late 2026, The Unexpected is set to become the region's premier destination.
